Everything! The bed was huge and comfortable. The airconditioning an oasis.
We purchased a packaged that did not include breakfast which meant we had not cleaning service. On check-in I confirmed that we could still get toilet roll if we needed it. When we asked for some 3 days later we were told we would be charged. That was not the same message we had initially.

Big rooms, cleanliness although no daily cleaning, location close to Santa Fe to change money at black market rates lol...nice apart hotel style of accommodation. I got a 10% discount by paying cash in pesos. Free use of computer in lobby. Helpful staff.
The tv was not working the three nights I was there.

Great mini-kitchen in the room, clean and spacious. Good location close to attractions and easy to catch a cab. They have laundry services which was a plus!
The noise in the area is unbearable, making sleeping almost impossible. the breakfast offered was basic, and the staff were not helpful when we had an issue with the room.

Great Location and Comfortable Beds
During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the key location of the hotel, which was convenient for shopping and exploring the city. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, offering recommendations and advice on the best places to visit. the beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep.
While I appreciated the location and comfort of the beds, I was disappointed by the limited options provided for breakfast. The portions were small and not very filling.

The location of this hotel is perfect, as it is conveniently situated near major sites and in the center of everything. It is also close to the metro, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff provides excellent service. One reviewer mentioned a comfortable bed and another complimented the helpfulness of the reception staff. the hotel offers a rooftop pool and sun loungers, providing a nice view and a relaxing atmosphere.
A negative aspect mentioned in one of the reviews is that the windows are very thin, causing noise disturbances from the street outside. Earplugs are recommended for a better sleep experience.
